Craig Darlison
From Sourced Winterbourne
Craig ran a successful home improvements company for years, before deciding to look for opportunities to expand into property investment. He came across Sourced Network and knew the franchise package would offer him the resources he needed to grow. He then found his first property project: a detached house refurbishment, presenting a perfect flip opportunity.
To facilitate the project, the franchisee is using funding from Sourced Capital, Sourced’s in-house funding facility, which is exclusive to all our franchisees.
Sandra George
From Sourced Swansea Central
Sandra George joined Sourced Network after leaving her job as a senior manager at the University of Swansea. When she came across Sourced, she knew it was time to invest into property, while utilising the training and resources from Sourced. She took the leap of faith, while home schooling her son through GCSEs, knowing that Sourced would assist her.
Sandra is now looking at her first commercial to residential conversion.
Giulio D’Andrea
From Sourced Feltham and Hounslow
Giulio currently owns a construction company, which utilises modern methods of construction (MMC). We recently visited the franchisee on site of one of his current projects: a new build project in Tunbridge Wells.
Together with his business partner, Harpreet Chadha, they joined Sourced Network franchise to access the funding facility to start developing their own larger projects. The business partners can also benefit from comprehensive training, a dedicated support person and a variety of business resources.
Karen Southon
From Sourced Canterbury and Dover
Karen owns a lettings agency and she decided to join Sourced to expand on her property knowledge and look for alternative ways to make money from property. Karen strongly feels that the package that comes with the franchise offers her the resources to help her agency grow even more.
Since joining Sourced, the franchisee has expanded the sourcing part of her business, used Sourced’s investor database and has been working with members of the Sourced Network.
