This was made possible through Sourced Living’s Assisted Acquisitions Programme, a powerful pathway that enables Partners to acquire established letting agencies and bring them under the Sourced Living brand. With the potential for up to 100% of the purchase cost funded in-house, it gives Partners the opportunity to scale quickly by taking on an existing portfolio of managed properties from day one.
