The unit is available on a 5-year contract and we are happy to add in break clauses that you're comfortable with. This investment can be fully managed by our managing agent, making it as hands-off as possible for you. Our interior design has already furnished the unit so all that is required is property set up and then it will be ready for marketing. We'll also get you set up on our online platform so you have full visibility of bookings/revenue. The management fee is 14% + VAT of net revenue. Our figures give expected profits at 70% and 85% occupancy. These two percentages are used as across our portfolio of 350 units, our average occupancy rate is 70% in the off-peak months and 85% in the peak months. We will only take units on that will also achieve this figures as maintaining these averages across the units we manage is incredibly important for us and of course you the investor.
We encourage our investors to pay the hard furniture off monthly to reduce the initial investment. This payment will be relatively small compared to paying upfront and is already accounted for in our figures. Furthermore, you will own the furniture as opposed to leasing it. We can refer you to our finance provider who will arrange this for you.
