Each cottage has its own garden to the rear and a parking space (Rowan to the left of the cottage and Mountain Ash within the main farmhouse parking area).



Stables & Land



The stables lie to the rear of the house in their own yard area with direct access from the back door of the house and a five bar gate leading onto the private lane. Each of the 3 stables has a light and rubber mats and there is also a tack room (could be a 4th stable) and feed store to the rear. A track from the stables leads up to the paddocks which have been divided with electric by the current owner into several smaller paddocks. There is a round pen (formerly with a surface, now grass) and, at the top of the paddocks, an 80x20 grass arena.
