Returns Structure
First 2 Years since acquisition of the HMO, the investor will earn the total profits of the HMOs. After the two years, the total earnings are split 50-50 if the earnings are over £20,000 in net rental profits pca. If the rental profits pca are below £20,000, the investor will be granted the higher split of a flat earning of £10,000 net profit pca, and the remainder is given to the Sourced partners Dean and Scott.  In the rare occasion where the profits fall below £10,000 in rental profit pca, the full amount is given to the investors.
