My son Matthew will project manage the development. Matthew has experience within construction and has been a project manager for the last 7-8 years, as well as holding roles as a project planner. He has managed projects ranging from £10,000s to circa £60million. The projects have varied from Civils, Mechanical and Electrical to large external facade and fit out schemes. During this time, he has managed the commercial element of projects and gained extensive contacts within the construction industry.
