Sourced host around 100 training events for their franchisees every year, covering a variety of property investment strategies. This month, they are making their bespoke training programme available to the public, hosting an exclusive event in London. “We are excited to offer our training to an external audience and share some of our industry tips.” Shares Franchise Director, Chris Kirkwood.

The training session will cover the foundations of rent to rent property investments and will be followed by networking.

What is rent to rent?

Rent to rent is one of the emerging property strategies for people who want to generate a substantial monthly income, without having a bit initial outlay. You rent a property from a landlord and then rent it out yourself to a tenant. There are three types of rent to rent, with rent to rent serviced accommodation being increasingly popular among new investors. SA is the most profitable option for rent to rent deals, since the property is let out per night and the rent you pay is monthly.

Who is rent to rent for?

Rent to rent is an excellent choice for both new and seasoned investors. If you are new to property, it offers a low investment option to start generating income from bricks and mortar. In contrary, experienced property professionals recognise rent to rent as a hands-off way of increasing their cashflow. It is a perfect way to build or scale a property portfolio, without spending too much money.

“Yet another excellent training course presented by Sourced. From not knowing a great deal about the potential benefits of R2R, I now feel sufficiently confident to review and understand the circumstances under which this strategy can be used to greatest beneficial effect.” Tony O’Neill, Chester franchisee shares.
